    supersonic ads at it again!

Had trouble with these before and now they're at it again. First time was for depositing a certain amount to an online casino. Sent them all the proof, and it was constantly rejected. Then about 3 weeks after and contacting various people it was given.

Second one was pretty much the same thing, but was instantly awarded tokens.

Now Sunday I completed the Tasty bingo offer, as my Mrs likes to play the odd bit of bingo, so I thought win win. Deposited £15 that was required, and she played and used all the money and bonus money. I submitted the ticket later Sunday evening as I hadn't been awarded tokens, along with screen shots of all the steps and transactions (literally everything) now today I get an email from them saying its been rejected!? As they can't confirm with company!

This is a complete joke, and surely nordeus should regulate these things more considering they will be earning a tidy sum through these companies.

I did reply to the email with the screen shots again earlier. Thanks for the reply on here though. Pictures include registration email, PayPal receipt and balance on the tasty bingo website

No sooner did I post the above post, I get this email

    Dear User,

After investigating your request, we regret to inform you that ticket #1222798 cannot be approved. Unfortunately, our system has indicated that the offer was not completed as to the company's and the advertiser's requirements.

Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

Seriously what gives? I was a new customer (never even heard of the site before) deposited the required amount (£15) then played with all the money?

What makes it worse is the website was a compete rip off. My partner had a quick go on the slots after playing bingo, which you can't use any bonus cash on, so takes it directly from any cash balance. She won £50, but when she tried to withdraw it said minimum deposit before any withdrawal was £20. So she deposited another £10 only to get a message saying we need to deposit a further £91 before withdrawal. So looks like I've been ripped off across the board and I'm not happy at all

Offer Requirements: Tokens are awarded when you place your minimum deposit of £15 at Tasty bingo. New users only. Offer reports on a day delay.

All of which I did!? I have done many offers on different pages so I know what I'm doing (didn't close any pages, did everything straight after choosing the offer)

    Yet another rejection email!

    Dear user,

We apologize for the inconvenience. We have contacted the advertiser and they have confirmed that this offer was not completed through SupersonicAds.

Either you were not a new user, the minimum deposit was not met, or the deposit was not wagered. It is also possible that the offer was completed through another provider.

Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

    My Reply -

Please find enclosed all of the screen shots that I have. The offer was 100% done through supersonicads (its the first and only offer I've completed in 3-4 weeks) I have completed many offers over the last year or so, and I followed the same method that I always do (click on the offer through my phone, accept it and complete it straight away without any delays or closing any pages or navigating away)*

I am 100% a new user to their site, I'd never even heard of them before, and I deposited the required amount which was £15. That's all there was to do?

And it doesn't surprise me that they are saying what you say they are, they are a fraudulent company. We won £50 on the slots from our cash amount (you can't use bonus money on the slots) Then when we went to withdraw some it said we must of deposited at least £20 before we can withdraw. So we added another £10 making the total to £25, went to withdraw and it said we need to deposit another £91 before we can withdraw.*

Pictures include the offer page status and requirements on supersonicads, my welcome email from them, my account balance on their site after deposit, and my PayPal receipt. I seriously don't know what else I need?*

Sent from Samsung Mobile on O2

Seriously what more can I do!? I'm really not happy about this, and if its down to the company that is lying and not supersonicads, they need to be more careful of who they accept deals from, and still give me my tokens that I've more than proved that I've earned

Tsss Supersonic Ads are ridiculous!! Don't expect much of them and don't spend your time trying to complete one of their offers. It's not worth the time...

So after sending all the evidence they've not emailed again. This is a joke!
