cant bid for player - no button!

Hello there,

i want to buy a Player not from normal market place but from where i can place bids after reaching Manager lvl 4.
so there i find a Player i'd like to buy but when i click him there are no Buttons to place a bid. all other Players however do have a button for this Action.
how is this possible?
