Why do I sometimes (read most of the time) do not get the tokens for watching a video?

Where do you watch videos? At Top Eleven - Be a Football (Soccer) Manager or at your Android device?

Usually some providers requires user to watch few videos in a raw, in order to earn 1 T. For example, if you're watching Matomy video you can see a text displayed below "If the number of videos available is less then 3 , the views will be countable for the future use and a token will be awarded once you reach 3 viewed videos". You can see screenshot attached.
