Why can't we see achievements and flag tab on mobile devices including ipads, tablets, etc...

Because (like Negotitations) they haven't yet translated it over to the portable app.

N i don't think they ever will put these things into the app, it would overpower the app, probably some phones couldn't handle n the game play would sure slow down, for every game the browser version is different includes more stuff n sure always will be
