Problem with a friend..

Hello all, i'm french and i'm not really good in English but I try to explain you my problem..

I have a few friends in Top Eleven (10 friends) and I can see all there match instead of One..
I don't understant why.. He is in my friends list but i can't see his match..
Another friend can't see his match too.. But other friend can..
Si i want to know if it possible to remove a friend, and after, re-add him?

No you can't do anything because you are not on the same server with him.

It's not his game, he's a moderator, he helps out on the forum.
