Money and tokens not received

I got an offer for a player in my squad for 3 tokens and 51.3M money. I accepted it last night still haven't received the money and tokens :(

You get them when he leaves your team. If you didn't please ask Nordeus Support

He already left around more than 20hrs ago :(

i Cant buy tokens whith paypal what happen?

First go to your paypal account and make sure it is set up with valid payment information. Did a card expire? New bank? Etc. If you have verified that your paypal is set up correctly, contact Nordeus Support and ask them why. This is the Forum we cannot really answer that.

Ich habe per Handy SMS token gekauft habe diese aber nicht erhalten. den support anschreiben ist nicht möglich.

Why can you not contact Support? They are the ONLY ones who can fix Tokens issues! You can reach them by email, support@nordeus.eu if you cannot get to the website of Nordeus Support
