Is your internet connection very slow or weak?

Reset your router and close and reopen your web broswer after you after internet back up.
Just to add one more thing : It generally happens when you Internet Connection has expired and you are using an Local Service Provider who does not have high security...The catch is you can still access the Internet but the images will not load, you can download also if you have the URL etc etc etc...:D...
