Why can't I train reserves when the Team enters the Match? These are reserves and should be able to do stretching or cardio alone for themselves?

Why can't I train reserves when the Team enters the Match? These are reserves and should be able to do stretching or cardio alone for themselves?
They would be watching your game probably =P
And I don't think a manager would leave his reserves in the club while having a match.
