Proces reseted 2 times

I would like to know why my proces was reseted 2 times now. The first time was not so important, but when i started it the 2nd time i did buy tokens to buy players, upgrade my stadium etc... Now i did started it a 3rd time, but it seems if you dont play tis game a longer time you will loose your intire proces. This is a big issue... Where are my tokens i did pay for???
