I would check your phone/app settings/permissions for the game. Make sure the app is allowed to send them by the system. Sorry I can't be more specific, I have not had this issue.
If anyone knows specific steps *please* post!!
I had the same problem when TOP ELEVEN was installed in external sdcard.Quote:
