My Game is deleted?
Hello!
I have a very big broplem!
So i'm a very big fan of this game, but after 1 month inactivity, i have tried to login and play the game, but it started from the first level! I was on the 13th level! How can it be happend? I cant belive! My 13 month gameplay simply was deleted after refreshing game version or what? Can anyone help me to backup my game, i dont want to play it again. So please help me!

well i believe you have to be inactive for 70 days for your account to be reset. You can contact nordeus support directly if it was truly only a month
