Help!

Hi,

My mobile died yesterday and I received my replacement handset today. I loaded on all of my apps but when I tried to open top 11 it has started me from level one with a new team!

I have never logged on with Facebook so can't go that route.

Is there anyway I can retrieve my old team / account?

You need to ask Nordeus Support to help, I think they can. Fill in what ever number where it asks if you dont know yours and explain in the request the problem, include to them any info you have about your old phone and the new one.

If you attach your Team to FB it is seamless on any device.
