I would like to know if is possible to do a substituition in a match of my team when im not watching the match Ex.: one of my players is injured 60 min deep in the match. As im not watching the match, will top eleven do the substituition automatically?
Yeah, use the Auto-sub option. But you need to be careful as MR and MLs are counted as Midfielders, not wingers. Also if you start watching a match it turns 'Auto-sub' off so if you leave the game no subs will be made.

And btw, wingers are DML, DMR, AML and AMR...
ML and MR are midfielders, so they go in Mid slot...
