Red stars

On my phone my husbands players have the 5 stars and a red star but on his phone they are only 5 stars can anyone explain this please thank you

5 stars and a red star = scout level player right?

are you and your husband play at the same level?
if you are level 2 and your husband is level 3 (for example) then it's normal
a certain player look stronger to managers below his own manager's level
it is manifested in the star level of the player (for example: five or six stars)
but all managers would see the same number of quality (for example: 34 quality)

stars are relative measure, where quality shows objective measure
