Last season i finished in 8th place and should have stayed at level 15, but today top eleven is telling me that i got promoted and that i am level 16. Help please !

What that means is there wasn't enough level 16's to make a full League so you (and possibly others) from 15 got added to fill the League.
I had the same problem, i Last season finished in 8th spot and shoulds have stayed at level 20, top eleven goal today is telling me That I got Promoted That I Am and suddenly my level 1 player lost a star
Cat, what I think they are saying is that they got a message telling them they were promoted. The league draws have not been made yet so I don't think they are referring to a mixed level leagueQuote:
