My team reset to lvl 1 this morning! 😡

My team reset to lvl 1 this morning and it's still not back to normal. I have spent time and money on this team and I have had no update on a resolution after numerous posts in here and emails to norteous support.

Please update me on a resolution ASAP!

This is the Forum, we cannot fix from here. You should send a request to Nordeus Support so they can fix. (If you already tried reloading/deleting caches and that didn't work)
