Transfers behaving weirdly

I have been trying to sell players this season to much frustration! The players are good, but there are just no bidders! I have never come across this problem in the previous 15 seasons even though players are rated 70-71 for example. Now I have players who are 79 and 89 respectively, there are no buyers?


Don't you have any more lower level top eleven managers playing??? What makes it worse is I find it so difficult to buy players this season (which NEVER happened before as well). All of a sudden there are so many Manager Level 15??? and NONE at lower levels?
