Buy 15 Tokens but receive 370 Tokens

Yesterday I buy token ( afternoon time ) from Centili via True Money ( Thailand ) about 14 times each times with 50 THB. that should receive 15 tokens. At that time your system error then I received 370 tokens each buying. At the evening time the system recall all mistake token back. What I need to ask is the real token that I should get from correct buying are all disappear.

There are huge of user that buy token and all token disappear and many users get minus token, then I asked to support they suggest me to ask Centili and seem no responsibility from Nordeus.
