I have to change the team for a friend. He wants to change from lvl 24 to 13 or 14. So when I choose a team, I have to write "1930" and klick OK. After that... game connection error. Did I make s.th.wrong?

According to this, you didn't make mistake. It is something about game, some bug. I've changed clubs few times and never had problem.
Have you repeated it? Try refresh page to see what happens... Contact support, moderators and other forum members could not help you.
