Banned for 1 league match after getting only a yellow card!!!!!!!!!

For admin, please put your eyes on my pictures and do something to fix this!!

I have traced back to 4 previous matches and the fixtures shown my player, Tommy Ramage, only get a single yellow card on the last match

For other managers, can someone explain why this stupid thing appears??

Accumulation of 2 yellow cards (time not limited, he could have got the first yellow in the first match of the season..) is a red, 1 match off.

A direct (in match) red is 2 matches off.

The cards are for each competition, a player can be banned a match in CL, and still play League, etc.
