Play 2 games of different organizations in a space of 3 hours!!!!

I play 2 games withιn 3 hours so i haven't the time to revival my players to play both games with my top eleven footballers so i have to do rotation with bad results sometimes....In contrast most of my friends play their game within space of 5,6,7 or 8 hours...Below i have a photo with the hours i play the games for prouf..What can i do about this????

3 Hours is the minimum between matches. (used to be 15 minutes) anyway you can't do much but change the time of home games.
