    Cannot make an offer on a player.

    Good morning.
    I have a bug in the game, I cannot make any kind of offer to a friend or other players.
    I am over level four meaning I should be able to buy other players their players, right?

    It is not bug, you and your friends are not on same server. You can buy players from only your server.
    Ex top eleven player
