Crowd: This is the part where only home team can gain some extra possession percentage. The only condition for this is to have 60% full stadium.
Here is the list of attendance-ball possession ratio:

1% for 60%
2% for 70%
3% for 80%
4% for 90%
5% ball possession gained for the 100% full stadium.



this game had around 25% so it should be 0% right? unless there was change which i didn't know

Depends what level the teams are.

At level 1, 730 fans attending is >90% since the capped max attendance is 800. So 4% is correct.

If its level 2 or above then it does look wrong I think.

is max attendance cap is visible on fb version?, i use mobile version and there was no such info even on wiki..

EDIT: Had a look can't find it anywhere in Help. News Articles only had what you already knew/posted. I think one of the Ask the Devs sessions had a response to raising/removing the cap but I'm not sure (could've just been a dream) and cba looking through them since the articles are too unstructured. But if it was asked I don't think it included the Cap Numbers just the reasons for them.
