Have a question that I need some info on ??

When I train my players and they level up in skills or skill points their value also grows, there I understand but then their wage or salaries also goes up...Is this normal ??


I find this very weird cause their wage doesn't have nothing to do with their value since it was accepted upon contract signing...

Please give me info on this cause I really think its some kind of bug !
