how to avoid a 100% shot efficiency?

I was just beaten by 6：0 this morning. It is unhappy to lose a game, but how can you win if your opponent (he is 72.8 and mine is 72.5)made 100% of their efficiency? They made 4 goals in the first half, out of 6 tries which were all on target(First 3 tries made 3:0). What made me mad is this is not the first time I got beaten in this way. It happened at least 6 times recently, as far as I can recall. I didn't know how they manage this, but I just want say that I really want to give up when I saw a game like this.

def/counters it's the set I use because :

1st step
- if despite my plans, I didn't manage to watch my game, at least it will be hard to loose it

If I 'm watching the game, I observe the stats.
If I have few tackles and oppo has many shots on target, I set them
or if I see many "live" scenes with oppo attackers.

or generally if I 'm winning a tough oppo or have the result which past me to the next round.

* but not to early (not before 30' because my players gonna be exhausted at the 2nd half with condition loss).

you also need to have a defender with over 100%
