'Wait...' (The Problem Is Probably On Nordeus' Side); Please Fix This Problem

It is not the synchronizing time for the user that is the problem as time synchronization is enabled on my PC. I have also refreshed the page a few times, but the player is still on 'Wait...". There were also other bidders for this player. So, this is annoying. Bids can be placed even after the time is over and the status is on wait. Tokens may be lost, and the player also may be lost.
Please fix this problem.
