1 Morale Booster not working all the time !

Hello,

I can not often boost my player with only 1 boost !! That does not change their morale ! That will work with 2 boosters...

I can reproduce it with some players each day since 1-2 months

If I click on "Embaucher", 1 morale booster is reduced to me, but there is no effect to my player morale !

Thank you if you can fix it. I lost some morale boosters cause of that !
