Is quality value of this player correct?

Is his quality 107, 3 sp to 108? I worries if my brain does not function properly.

It would appear that it did "round up" the number (wrongly,) which I am used to seeing in this game but not so much in that value.
Not the first report of that number being wrong, though it's not really often that someone posts about it.
