In the mini-league for the three tied teams, the results put the teams as follows:

Galatasaray SK 4 2 1 1 6-6 0 7
Cristian FC 4 2 0 2 3-5 -2 6
FC Girondins 4 1 1 2 5-3 +2 4

...so that is why the teams were placed as they are and you unfortunately did not qualify.
