Substitucions issue

Hello.

During my game one of my players got a yellow card so i decided to substitute him, as i gave the command for the substitution the player with the yellow card got another one and was sent off. The game showed the substitute player in the lineup, but in fact he was not there so I was playing with 10 men and lineup showing 11.. There are one problem because when we click for one substituition the game changes the name in the lineup in that moment, but exist one gap btw the command to substitute and the player entering in the field, when the first player got sent off the game should not consider the order for substitution as done because never happened, and the player who was to substitute the other one be available in substitution bench but is not. With one red card i lost 2 players.
