A match was cancelled even though both teams had 11 eligible players or more

A match should be cancelled if any team "do not arrive with 11 eligible players". Yesterday, my league match was cancelled even if I have full squad available and my opponent has exactly 11 players available.

As shown in following screen capture of opponent's formation right after the match was cancelled, even though the DMC was supposed to be suspended, the opponent still start with 11 eligible players because it has a substitute.

You might be wrong here Cookizzz because indeed you are right but only until some point because you can't see exactly inside his team and is not even hard to guess what happened, he had one or more players injured so he didn't had 11 players available to start the game.
