A match should be cancelled if any team "do not arrive with 11 eligible players". Yesterday, my league match was cancelled even if I have full squad available and my opponent has exactly 11 players available.

As shown in following screen capture of opponent's formation right after the match was cancelled, even though the DMC was supposed to be suspended, the opponent still start with 11 eligible players because it has a substitute.
