Link facebook account to already existing team

Hello. I have been playing as a guest on my phone for 2 seasons now and I would like to link this team to a new facebook account that I have created for this exact reason. How do I go on that? I have tried logging in that account on my phone and then starting the game but when I choose "connect through facebook" all it does is suggest I start with a new club... I can only access my old team only when I play as a guest. Any suggestions or instructions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks all.
