Cant sell players

I think there is a small bug when i try to sell my players it says the player is offered for loan to association although he is not. The two buttons on the screenshot below both return me to players contract page and trying to put him on transfer doesnt work.

Worth noting that an association member needs a player in the position where my player plays but i havent put my player on loan list.

Issue resolved itself now that the tournament is over.

But this shouldnt have happened in my case since i didnt have the playee on loan at that time.
