Suspicious fan support for opponent

Normally u get 5% bonus for full home support but in my association match the opponent got massive 231% bonus..
Which gave him overall bonus of 15% despite support from my association members....which was not fair...i have also taken a screenshot but how to upload? Plz. Help top eleven
