Lost squad final without playing - how ?

Can someone explain me how this is possible ?

Me and my team got exactly the same problem. Also made a tread about this and if the games were played they should be deleted. We had a lead of 13 to 4 and in the 2nd game we couldnt even load the game.. Very bad..

I hope they do something about this!
