Time extension after game won

I won a game by 3-0, but after 90 min there's time extension for penalty. After lost 3 penalties, game just froze.

Yes. I assume it's a tie. No result for FA final till now.

You lost on penalties, but your association made the final?
It's a known bug.
Associations tie on points and goals, last match goes to penalties, game engine goes into overdrive, decides it can't cope and shuts down until the following day when the association that lost the penalty shootout makes the final.
If you won the shootout and didn't make the final send a ticket to Nordeus and make sure everyone in your association does the same. You should get some tokens as compensation.
