Upcoming matches from friends

Can someone explain why not all my friends are visible in upcoming matches? Most of them are there, some of them are only visible in the popup (mostly)

Have you checked if your friends' upcoming matches are not visible on Both mobile and Web platforms? If you have the option please check.

Also, are the matches that are missing, those of Facebook friends Facebook friends or in-game friends? Or both maybe?

1st question: no havent checked, only playing on iPad. Wife have ceased the pc and is shooting me when I only look at the pc :)
2nd question: not sure, I think both. But surely FB friends.

Well I've escalated the matter and informed our people.

If you do get the chance to get some alone-time with the computer please see if the issue does occur on that platform as well. :)

And also, please do check if there are any non-facebook friends that have their matches not show up for you. I hope it won't be too big of a hassle, Barry, but every scrap of information can be helpful when reporting bugs of any sort! :)

Will surely try, but if I remember well, the pc wont load totally the game.

This also happens to me many times when I'm from computer,i can watch the game but I cannot support, only to my facebook friends it happened ,when i turn it to my phone it's ok

No, I can support, just dont see them in upcoming matches, only through a popup

The problem is too many friends
Solution is delete some (I wont)

I also cannot see the games of my friends today.
The schedule stuck at the morning-noon , about 12.00.
I only can see the popup or later from "playing now" option.
I don't know if it's from associations or the change or the hour (-1 to clocks).
That's from my mobile.
In pc, old version, everything is ok.
