League all from friends list? Why not! Is it normal that Top Eleven assign first teams that are my friends in game? I have about 40 friends, some of them are on much higher or much lower level, so it's about 20 of them with similar level. It's nice draw. My club level is 12.

You definitely can get drawn against your friends in the League competition, especially if you made friends with many of them while playing throughout the seasons, AND playing against them in said League competitions.
There shouldn't be any level difference between you and any of the ones you got grouped up with though. You can PM me your User ID so I can personally check the league group. :)
