Yes, I've had and reported same. Watched videos and the first bunch of them never credit, like if I end up with 30 packs, I'll have watched 37. I have to restart the app, or just watch until they start crediting. It's not consistent, maybe since recent update it's better for me.

I would try clearing your cache, or reinstalling the app. Didn't help me, bit worth trying.

Support told me to screenshot the ads that weren't crediting, let them know if it was specific ad providers, but to contact the individual ad providers to be credited. I wrote support a few times and never was credited.

I stopped watching ads via old web version because most didn't credit, I only use Android now.
