Big trouble loading game

Hi.
The past few days I've found it increasingly hard to load Top 11 on my computer.
I have reloaded, I have shut down my browser and opened it again, I have cleared my cache memory. But the game still keeps crashing.
Is it just me, or do others experience this problem at the moment?

And this has become progressively worse with each day? Did you ever have such issues before the latest update?

• When the crash occurs, is there any error message that you get?
• Does the whole browser crash or just the tab with the Top Eleven URL?
• Does the game always load up and actually start up?
• Do the crashes seemingly happen at random? Ever noticed that the game would crash during the execution of any specific action? E.g. When you open a specific menu, or when you try to save formations, etc.
• Have you tried to run the game on a different browser?
• Did you check if your browser is up to date?
• Did you try to run the game both through TopEleven.com and Facebook.com?

Also please specify the following:
- What browser do you use?
- What is the exact version of your browser?

Thankyou for your interest in my problem.
The weird thing is that, since I posted this thread, the problems have all but vanished. Although, I fear they may return...
To try to answer a few of your questions:
It's the game that crashes, not the entire browser. I use Chrome and haven't tried any other browser yet.
I typically get two kinds of messages. One is like "Top11 is low on memory, please restart the game or contact player support." The other is longer, something like "There was an error. bla bla bla... Thanks for your patience. bla bla bla... If this happens again contact player support."
Often it occurs when I try to load the game, but a few times it also has happened when I'm already inside the game and try to schedule training for the team, or even go to the transfer market.

They did an update.
Maybe that helped.
