I was in an auction and was the only person to bid in knockout round 1 but the auction went to round 2 which I lost as I didnt think I had to bid as I should have won in round 1?
Has this happened before? Do I need to email support or is here enough?

I just had the same thing couple nights ago. Reported, got tokens back. You should really do the same, help them solve this before more get frustrated.
