Still gotta download resources every login why?

see title ... download 62 items of resources every time I load game ....why is this?

Thats the normal process everytime you login to play the game, no worries ;)

Well they said we can clear app cache and data if memory storage almost full.

Only Android phone can do it. I don't know the rest.
