Sound on after each update?

I'm having a problem last few weeks - every few days (maybe after each update?), I have to switch off the sound in settings (PC version). Why? Why the game can't remember my settings even after update, like it was a few months before?

Yup, me too. Ground rotation gets turned on too. And it shows I have 30 or so new chat messages.

Yes, chat messages too. And also the stupid assistant manager, but at least he is funny - yesterday I played a league game against tanking team, was leading 7:0, had 80% possession, and he told me the opponent was dominating in midfield and we should do something to have a chance to win
