    As I mentioned before, please contact our support team and they'll help you resolve the issue.

    Also can you provide your device model, OS and TE, so that they have a better grasp of what they are dealing with.

    I feel Nordeus like family tho alot of my questions and replied so fast... It seems that our teamwork is perfect... By congratulate them isn't enough, but i really feel better when they're ready for any feedback of our suggestions/Reports...

    Already did that yesterday but no response so far. But I can manage to play at the moment so not complaining.
    However I've got a CL-final coming up as well, hope it doesn't get worse again :-)

    They are gonna respond today bro, they have to add all suggestions/reports about T11 into account.... Just be patient Support them and you'll see difference

    Check my screens bellow about support from Nordeus and T11 staff... The dates of responds and my suggestions.
