It's not a bug, it's your flash player and/or internet connection.....
Even if you are well connected, you'll have to update your flashplayer/Java or whatever you are using.
It did happen to me as well!!!
Or press f5 when it isn't auto-starting......
yup refresh the page or app and you will see it !
