What are they doing in my negotiation list
(I tried to make an offer to this 7* player, but no )

Did this player simply pop up out of nowhere? Or did you find him in another manager's profile?

Also, did you try refreshing the Negotiations menu / reset the game in order to see if the player actually had this amount of stars?

I noticed that yesterday in my mobile. As I was scrolling from the pop-up recommended players (the 4th screen) to the 1st list of tm, I noticed that.

Or did you find him in another manager's profile?

It's in my list and they are also today.

there are also in the old version

and more weird is that some of them are from bot teams,
maybe it's the nordgens some people looking for - lol
