Here is the repro for the Tactics bug. Impacted me both games today. TE please fix ASAP.

Open TE, manage your squad. Set tactics, i.e. Hard Attacking.
Next, make a player substitution. Save. Note right now Hard Attacking tactic still in place.
Next, close TE app on your phone. Kill the app.
Next, open TE app and goto manage squad. Look at tactics - hard defending default is back.

Player substitution, and close/open TE app cause your team tactics to reset to default hard defending!

I cannot open a ticket with TE right now because support did not close my previous case yet. Hopefully TE support can relay this repro to the dev team.
