cant put arrows on AMC OR DMC

I can put arrows on all positions except these 2 positions and its costing me games I have gone from dominating matches to drawing 3 times in a row and getting knocked out of a cup because of it I used to be top of the league table and now sit 3rd.

I'd agree with this. In the app I can't get my left defensive midfielder to go forward. My right DM works, but not my left. When I look at the same screen on the website, there is already an arrow.
This is annoying as I often use "down the wings" tactics, so I don't know if the arrow (or lack of one) is affecting my tactics.
