Player not recovering

I already had a full squad not recovering during the night after a late training and Nordeus acknowledged on that and gave me a compensation.
But I just realized I now have a single player who does not recover. During the day, it seems ok. But in the night, it does not work.
I sent a ticket but as I suspected, got no response...
Who knows who this fellow is spending his nights with...
